Opened in 2004, the Fresh Partners’
Post Harvest Centre (PHC), Ratchaburi fulfils
a crucial role at the beginning of the Fresh Partners’
supply chain. Vegetables are delivered fresh daily to
the PHC and are immediately cooled to safeguard quality.
Grading and packaging done
by staff member at the PHC. Twice a day
refrigerated trucks transport the produce to the International airport in Bangkok. The Fresh Partners location at Ratchaburi
is HACCP certified and has modern cooling, washing and
grading facilities.
